Maya Ginsberg studied violin performance at the University of Oregon and holds a B.A. in music from Skidmore College, an M.A. in music from San Diego State University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in music education. She is a past member of the North Coast Symphony Orchestra and is the violinist of the Striano Piano Trio. Maya is a lecturer at San Diego State University, the violin clinician at Mount Carmel High School, and teaches violin privately in the San Diego North County area. In addition to teaching, Maya is the owner of Eliana Strings.
